Bill Willis is the President and CEO of Willis Consulting, Inc.
Bill founded the company in 2000 after 25 successful years in the securities industry. Before founding Willis Consulting, he managed a complex of offices for Merrill Lynch in Southern California. Prior to that, Bill had leadership roles at Sutro and Prudential Securities in Tucson, San Antonio, Chicago, and New York.
Bill is frequently quoted by the financial service media, and writes a regular column for On Wall St. For the last several years, he has been a member of that publication’s prestigious Recruiter Roundtable.
Bill and his wife Karen reside in Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca. They have three sons: Bradley who has begun a successful career in the financial service industry, Frank who is a business major at the University of Arizona, and Matthew who attends the United States Air Force Academy.
