Antony Pitt joined Willis Consulting in 2008 from Alexander Lort Associates in London.
Born and raised in the UK, he began his career in the City of London as a Financial Advisor before moving into Executive Search in 1994.
His work in the UK Financial Services recruitment market spanned 15 years, where he mainly worked as a Headhunter working on assignments for Banks, Investment Management Groups and Insurance Companies.
All of these assignments were in the sales and distribution sectors and included several successful searches for UK Sales Directors, UK Distribution Directors and assisted US firms launching in the UK such as MetLife, AIG and The Hartford Life.
Antony is single and lives in Redondo Beach, California.
