Career history: David has been sourcing and recruiting top sales talent in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years. He began his career in financial services in 1988 joining Beneficial in Ogden Utah. He was promoted and eventually managed multiple branch offices throughout Utah and California. He was promoted to District Sales Manager in 1998 and managed districts in California and the Mountain States. In 2002-2003 he served as assistant to the President of HSBC Consumer Lending Group in Chicago, IL.
David went on to serve as VP with new owner, HSBC, running multi-office districts in San Diego and then the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006, David joined Accredited where he served as Regional Vice President in Northern California. Dave joined Willis Consulting in late 2007 as Regional Director in our Scottsdale Arizona office.
