I noticed that this year’s 2009 Registered Rep Broker Report showed how optimistic financial advisors are in spite of the upheaval in the financial industry over the past year.

With the exception of Wells Fargo advisors and UBS Wealth Management Americas Unit, the marks financial advisors gave their firms were pretty solid, emphasizing that they believe their firm is the best to work for.

Edward Jones led with 99% respondents backing their firm as the “best,” followed by Merrill with 79%, and MSSB with 73%. (Wells Fargo support was at 53% and UBS at 36%).

So how likely is it that the dissatisfied financial advisors are going to look for new homes? Probable if they don’t wait too long!
