Good news regarding age discrimination on Wall Street:
“71 percent of search consultants say their clients are less focused on AGE than they were in prior years.”
Corporate Human Resource executives are saying that when over 50,
“…the candidate’s age is not a negative factor in hiring decisions.”
We can conclude that if you are a talented financial executive, 50 years of age or older, and seeking new employment in the financial services arena, then the demand is there!
…And yes, recruiters at Willis-Consulting can assist you!!

With the average age of brokers increasing year over year and fewer long term successful entrants into the business, I don’t see how any firm could consider age as a factor, if anything it has to be a plus. Bigger loyal client bases seem to almost always come with us older dogs as well.
